| Sustainable design can improve people’s quality of life and environment | Refurbishing a home is an opportunity to rediscover its original character while shaping a space that truly supports modern living. In this project, we embraced the beauty of simplicity—retaining key interior elements that carry the apartment’s history and enhancing them through thoughtful, refined design. Rather than replacing everything, we focused on elevating what was already there, allowing the home’s unique features to shine with renewed clarity. This refurbishment reflects our belief that good design is not about excess—it is about intention. When we honour what already exists and enhance it with purpose, we create homes that feel grounded, timeless, and genuinely lived in. | 永續設計能提升生活品質與環境價值 | 住宅翻新是一段重新發現空間本質的旅程，也是為現代生活重新塑造家的契機。在這個項目中，我們以「簡約之美」為核心，保留原有室內元素的獨特魅力，並透過細緻而有質感的設計手法加以提升。與其全面更換，我們選擇讓空間原本的特色重新發光，展現其最真實、最動人的一面。 這次的翻新體現了我們對設計的信念：好的設計不是堆砌，而是取捨與用心。當我們尊重原有空間並以目的性加以提升，家便能呈現出永恆、純粹且真正宜居的樣貌。
