The practice comprises interior architects and designers. The day to day management of the Practice is undertaken by the collaborative efforts of the Practice Directors. Key responsibilities include the management of architectural and interior projects to ensure output reaches financial and design quality targets. Through the allocation of appropriate staff skills and resources the office balances the varying needs of all projects and clients. Recognizing the importance of strong leadership within the architectural teams, there are consistent internal design meetings. Practice Director lead teams for the delivery of projects and they contribute to successful operation of the practice at a management level.
Founder - Alexander SUEN
Born in Hong Kong and educated in Australia, started his interior architecture design career in Australia, deeply influenced by Australian culture and Catholic faith. He believe "environment" is a gift from God, we should find the balance and all living things should able to enjoy the serenity.
Alexander has extensive experience in large, complex and challenging workplace, residential and hospitality projects, most often working within standard contract, budget and program conditions to deliver beyond expectations for design and users. He has the experience and capability to work across all parts of the process from strategic briefing and property advice to the creation of innovative design solutions and project delivery.
Alexander is a professional and talented interior architect with great passion and enthusiasm in the field. His expertise is in interior architectural projects including commercial, residential, educational and hospitality. Alexander believes concept of “environmentally friendly” and "adaptive reuse design" should be part of fundamental consideration in design process. People should respect our raw nature materials; good use of the existing elements. With strong commitment to design, he believes that this definitely would provide his clients the highest quality outcomes.
